Today is a bit of a lazy day for me, in terms of make up. I didn’t feel like doing much, but I also didn’t want to leave the house barefaced, so I chose a “no makeup” look, using about 6 products, and 2 brushes.
I didn’t feel like foundation, so to start, I laid down a base of Essence “All about Matt” shine control primer, and prepped the really red areas on my face with some Physician’s Formula green liquid concealer. After that, so I used a bit of the Palladio Herbal Liquid concealer (from Dischem, cruelty-free, vegan, and about R90) in the shade Beige, just dotted over my face in the reddest areas, and blended out with a Real Techniques Buffing brush, to smooth into the skin. Brows are a must, so these were combed through and filled in ever so slightly with the Catrice Eye Brow Stylist pencil, in 020 White Ash-ton. Under-eye concealer, also a Catrice product, their Re-Touch Light Reflecting concealer in 010 Ivory, blended with my finger. Using the same Real Techniques brush, I swept some highlighter over my cheeks, bronzed my face a bit, and added some blush using the Essence Sun Club All-in-One Bronzing Highlighter for Blondes (review to follow on this product), and finished off with a Nyx Gloss in Natural.
