I’m getting there, slowly…
2014, you’re a bitch. I’m sorry that I’m calling you names, but you’re a bitch. Truth hurts buttercup.
I don’t normally do these things, mainly because I hardly ever blog, but this year was so astronomically kak, that I tried to sit down, focus and see the good, but right now it’s just not possible. Maybe one day, maybe soon. We’ll see. [Read more…]
There comes a time in everyone’s life when you look in the mirror and think “how did I let myself go?” I’ve reached that point.

This time around, I wanted to do something different, create a personal brand, as it were. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to do, what I wanted to say and how I wanted to portray myself online. I thought about what I enjoyed, what would give me pleasure, and I came up with beauty. All things beauty, fashion and generally pretty things that either make me feel prettier and more confident (let’s not get started on the eternal argument about whether makeup is more of a help or hinderance to those with low self-esteem) or make my environment prettier. I would like to write about products and experiences I enjoy, and those I don’t. [Read more…]
